Nirvana Grille is a neighborhood independently owned restaurant by Laguna Beach native and our Chef, Lindsay Smith. The focus of our menu and restaurant is being able to feed our guests the way she chooses to feed her our own family in a warm and inviting atmosphere, just as if she were welcoming friends and family into her home. We take pride in sourcing the Freshest, Local and/or Organic Ingredients available each season when creating our menu.
We serve Free Range & Organic Poultry, 100% Sustainable Seafood, Meats Free of Antibiotics & Hormones, Organic Grass Fed Ground Beef, and Seasonal Produce we strive to source within 300 miles. Being conscious about the food we serve, the impact of our waste to lessen our environmental footprint and supporting the local community we are within is of the utmost important to Chef Lindsay. Turning something useless into something amazing is what she strives to do, while making a comfortable environment with uncomplicated and craveable Food!
