Boards with Fractal Design
Made by hand by our very own Chef Lindsay and her partner, these board have a specialized Lichtenberg Fractal burning of wood board with 2000 volts of electrical surge.
Fractal burning is an organic process where the wood grain is burned, creating a natural and organic pattern in the wood, which is then carefully filled in by hand with food grade vegan epoxy.
All boards have a satin finished coating for a polished look and ease of cleaning.
