Bartender & Seasonal Bartender
at least 2 years bar-tending experience & Adequate wine knowledge, creative mixology passion and palate, aware of using pos systems, revolving inventory and par understanding, motivated, outgoing, self starter, personable

Host/ Hostess
at least 1 year of experience in customer service as a host/hostess and light computer knowledge with great customer service verbiage and etiquit

Server
at least 2 years fine dining & Wine service experience, level one sommelier preferred, aware of using pos systems, motivated, outgoing, self starter, personable

Back Server
at least 1 year experience as busboy or back server in fine dining, speak fluent English

Food Expeditor/Food Runner
at least 1 year experience as a expeditor/food runner in fine dining that learns quickly and is adaptable in rush periods, MUST read and speak fluent English

Line Cook
at least 2 years fast paced fine dining experience as a cook with protein temperature, saute, grill and garde manger experience, knowledge, respect and ability to learn about gluten free and special needs cooking, speak adequate english

Prep Cook
at least 1 year restaurant experience in fine dining in cold and hot food prep, speak adequate English

Dishwasher
at least 1 year restaurant experience in fast pace with excellent sanitation standards
