Nirvana Grille is a family run California Bistro which began in the heart of Mission Viejo July
2006. In March of 2008, Nirvana Grille expanded to include its' newest location in the heart of
beautiful downtown, Laguna Beach. Since 2000 Nirvana functioned as a Full Service Catering
Company, with services continuing to be available today through each restaurant location and
off-site throughout Orange County. The newest mention to the Nirvana Family is the addition of
Lindsay and Luis' first child Diego. Born on July 8th, 2008, you will on many occassions see him
following after mom and dad's footsteps as the new restaurateur and chef in training at Nirvana!

Celebrated Executive Chef Lindsay Smith-Rosales, 32 is dedicated to healthy good for you
ingredients with a bit of  endulgance that delight and engage the senses. Chef Smith- Rosales and
Luis Rosales, have been graced with the honor of  receiving numerous accolades for their
community restaurants since in its’ first year of business in magazines such as AAA Westways
Lifestyle as 'The Top of the Must Recommend List', One of the 'Top 10 Chef's of Laguna Beach' as
well as Featured on the cover of Laguna Beach Magazine, one of the 'Top 10 Chef's in Orange
County Under 40' as well as featured on the front cover of OC Metro Magazine, one of the 'Top
100 Restaurants in Orange County' as well as awared a 'Certificate of Recognition' from
